Second, I really need to get you the modified threshold framework and attribute table so we can determine if it adds to this expert opinion process (cleaning these up based on re-thinking key points presented in Briske et al. 2008) The intent of the framework and attribute table was to focus thinking and discussion about the key resilience properties, threshold triggers, alternative states, & patterns/processes indicative of decreasing resilience. In data sparse situations, the expert opinion approach you outlined in the blog may be used to address the topical items of this attribute table. In data rich situations, the topical items in the table may help direct analytical assessments. Hope to distribute the new table/framework next week.
